AM- 3 miles AC. This morning I felt a little sore in the legs. I kept up fine, but it was a bit of a struggle.
PM- 1/1s 1 mile warm 1 mile cooldown. I made it to 8 today with the increased amount of distance. It was so hard, I couldn't believe it. Felt okay in my legs and most of my problems was just my tiredness. Didn't feel as bad today as yesterday which is improvement.
