THE WORKOUT: 10 minute warm up + 2x1200m (2:00 RI) + 4x800m (2:00 RI) + 10-20 minute cool down. THE OUTCOME: Hit the workbout portions at the correct 5K pace intensity (7:26/mile pace). Cut the cool down short due to time constraints. I cut the fifth rest interval short at 1:15, so reset the lap several times - Split 11-15 all account for the fifth 2 minute rest period. THESE WORKOUTS ARE GETTING EASIER. I am not sure where that "Share" button at the bottom of the page is coming from in this post and previous post?
