I have the New Haven Road Race 20K tomorrow and typically
don’t run the day before a race. But I
figured, let’s do it and see what happens.
A progressive run at 8:28/mile avg pace for the 5K today.
I am considering running 5K in the mornings and a Long run
with 2-3 other runs during the week. The
daily morning 5K will hopefully get me in the habit of running in the morning
with this becoming “natural.”
