1st day of xc practice. Of course, I've already graduated, but it was still fun. Easy days this year are definately faster than last year!!! I like it though. I was going to run the full 5 today, but Jake Buenning wasn't feeling up to it, and I told him I'd run with him.
Nice trail run today. A lot of the kids were gone, so that was wierd. It's ok though, I was looking at all the guys running and I just thought to myself that this is going to be a really good team this year, I'm excited!
