I ran 10 miles today, but a little spit up due to traveling.  I ran a quick 6 miles in the morning, and then I got in the car and headed up to SLC. I ran another 4 miles on the treadmill while watching BYU beat Loyola Marymont, so that was good.  Then I watched my sister do some nice swimming at JOs!  She's gonna be amazing!  Now I am here in Park City, ready for a fun week.  My only concern is that I am able to maintain my running fitness.  We won't have hardly any time to run, because we're skiing from dawn to dusk, but I'm making it my goal to find at least the time to run 3 miles each day.  That may not sound like much to you people out there, but with skiing, I'll be good, don't you worry.
