AM- Just a the lone faithfuls this morning, not to many people made it to practice, oh well!

PM-Two mile warm up, and then we rocked out some mile repeats.  I hit all of my times pretty methodically, it felt great.  I went a bit faster the last one at 5:08, and that didn't feel bad at all.  Rex hit his at like 4:54, and as we were running around the track I just looked at him and smiled, he's going to be such a good runner.  The other sophomores did awesome also, they're going to be a ferocious group of runners!  Also, Kale did the Cosby (Kosmin) test, and he almost got 1600 meters!!!  Fortunatly for me he didn't, because then I would have owed him 20 bones (dollars)

Your math should give you 8 miles for the afternoon and 3 in the morning for 11! Are you a math tutor?

Yes, fortunately for you, Ben, you get to keep your bones(dollars). Though I most certainly would have benefited from the extra dough(money) in my bakery(wallet).
