Rest day. I told myself I would go easy 30 minutes on the treadmill today but my body decided to take a nap instead. I'm not too worried about missing a workout today, though. I think a day of rest drops my chance of injury by quite a bit. And I would not want to get a nagging injury during training that carries over to the track season. Tomorrow I start two a days all week except on my hour and a half run days. |
