70 mins easy elliptical with about 15 short (1 min) intervals at the end.
Ommmmggggggg so oooover cross training.
Easy miles in the dark. Felt good but powered by sads.

Omg, so good to get back to a semi-regular running schedule. XT is fine.... until it sucks and you want to punch yourself in the head at the thought of another minute of it!
Easy miles, around 8:45 pace. Caught in the pouring rain. Felt a bit tired and heavy, but no foot pain at least.
