Pain on top/side of foot above ankle bone. Something ligament or tendoney. Going to rest a few days from running. So sick of being injury, but hopefully its just some adjustment that my feet are going through after 3 months of little/no impact.

some eccentric calf dips and bosu ball balancing. Trying to strengthen up these feet/ankles!

Foot feeling much better though def not enough to run on yet.

10 mins bike. I think I did a lightish leg circuit:
Squats (15 reps, around 30 kgs)
Standing split squats (16 kg) 15 reps
Side lunges (unweighted) - 15 reps
Single leg deadlifts (12kg) 12 reps
40 mins bike, 30 mins elliptical
