Easy miles, to clear my head. Over to Moore Park. Lovely bike path runs up the motorway and then up the backside of the golf course. Lots of ashphalt and dirt to run on which is nice underfoot.
Easy miles - had to slow my bouncy legs down. 8ish/5:00km pace. Around domain and Opera House.
Easy run. Fueled by work frustrations; around 7:50 pace, around 4:40 min/km.
Tried out the new Saucony trail runners - the Peregrine 5s. Really great!
