Long-Term Running Goals: Run a 5k under 18:00 Personal: Have been active my whole life, but turned my focus to running in 2006 after deciding to run a marathon. I really enjoy the training aspect and staying healthy, but mileage has been on the decline over the past 3 years due to work commitments, so focus has turned away from races and more on just staying fit enough to still enjoy getting out. | AM 2 miles with Griffin. No watch. 7.20 miles in 54:37. Avg. 7:35 per mile. I felt like crap this whole time, but it's supposed to snow pretty heavy tonight, so probably no chance to run outside tomorrow. That's winter running in the mountains for ya.

| Sure enough there was about 8 inches of new snow, and some ice as well, so decided to keep it inside. Did a lot of stretching along with planks, side planks, bird-dog and a few other leg poses. | Add Comment |

| AM Stationary bike for 1:00:00 It was super cold this morning, about 3 degrees with a slight wind chill. Not ready to play that game yet, plus I'll be running in these temps next month when I start getting ready for the SLC half.
