1 set of XC skier, ski hop, speed skater, butt-kicks, power skips, and carioca w/ a stride between each, 6 x :30 hill sprints @ 5:43 to 5:36 pace w/ 2:30 walk break(big hill!), 7.05 cool NOON Bike to Coast Guard beach for some fun in the sun. The water was warm this year(59 degrees) 1:00:00 of biking and some swimming in the ocean.
