AM I decided to do some intervals at half marathon pace today on the 100S trail. Decided to do intervals instead of a tempo so I could get closer to my target pace. My legs didn't have the power I wanted, which I suspect is from Monday.
Run: 1.98 warm-up, 5 x .75 miles @ 6:04 to 6:18 pace w/ 1:45 rest, 3.69 cool-down. Total of 10.20 miles in 1:14:59, avg. 7:20 pace.
