AM Total run time 1:01:01 Took Griffin out on the trail by Provo river for 1.58, then did 12 x :30 second strides pretty much all out with full recoveries. I was trying to get my turnover moving as fast as I could. Did 2 sets of carioca, butt-kicks, 2 x 10 jump squats and single-leg squats after my run.
