AM Slept n a little this morning so will run later. Did planks, side-planks, 20 push-ups, 2 sets of deep squats, brid dog, and running pose. PM 43:48 Took Griffin out for 1.57, then ran to the top of Memorial hill and back. My stomach was a little sick from the chips and guacamole I ate before I ran, but it was worth it. Ran 4.23 miles avg. 7:12 per mile for my solo run.
