AM 6.52 tempo intervals in 49:11. Avg. 7:33 for entire run. Ran the field in my xc flats, but only brought thicker socks, so my feet felt a little cramped. Super windy here today as well, but I wasn't really goin for splits, just hard effort. About 2 mile warm-up, then 2 x 1 mile with 60 second rest in between, then 4 x 60 second with 60 second recovery. 1.20 for a cool down and now it's time to devour some turkey. Happy Thanks giving!
