AM 56:03 Did some sprints at the soccer fields to get my turnover movin. After warm-up, did 2 sets of 8 x just over 100 meters. Each sprint was at 18 to 20 seconds, so about 4:40 to 4:55 per mile pace. I did a mile run in the middle of the 2 sets, then a cool-down back to the house.
