AM Pretty solid workout this morning. Ran to 189 for a warm-up, did some drills, then 8 x 800m on the way back to the house. I wanted to keep the pace a little slower than last Wednesday since I was doubling the number of reps and still feelin Saturday just a bit. Kept the pace around the 5:40 range and it felt decently comfortable, so I'm stoked on that.: ) 3 mile warm-up, 1 set of butt-kicks, high-knee skipping, carioca, w/ a stride between each.
