Took Griffin to Dutch Hollow for a short chiller. My legs feel pretty heavy today, so I think I didn't eat enough yesterday. Kept it slow and hopefully they'll perk up by tomorrow. did some strength after my run. 3.80 in 33:35, avg. 8:50 per mile. Vertical gain of 492 30 push-ups, core, 2 x 10 standing good mornings, running pose.
