AM US 40 loop counterclockwise, but turned down 600W and ran the farm roads to 40 just to keep it a little more flat after charging uphill yesterday. Tacked on the dinner time loop with a mile extension thru the neighborhood. Legs felt really sluggish from the beginning which was expected. Overall a good run. 15.18 in 1:52:54, avg. 7:26 per mile NOON 30 push-ups, planks, side-planks, boat, tree, chair, and other various holds & stretches.
