Went to the gym once work settled down. Did some drills and plyometrics on the track then headed out for a cool-down. I can tell I haven't done some of these exercises in a while. My right quad is hating me now! Run: 2 miles to the gym, 2 sets carioca, butt-kicks, high-knees, 60m sprints, bounding, forward and reverse lunges, and jump squats. 3.25 back to the office.
