AM Legs feeling better. : ) Took Griffin on his loop and then did out & back to US189. Got some new shoes for cheap, so took them for a spin today. They're gonna be my outdoor speed workout & long run day shoes. Run: 2 with Griffin, no watch 6 solo, no watch PM Strength: Planks, side-planks, chaturanga, bird-dog, warrior III, tree, and lots of other stretching.
