AM Made this morning hill sprint day. Did some drills before running uphil and some strength when I got home. Run: 2.30 warm-up, Drills & 4 steep hill sprints w/ 2:00 recovery, 2.70 cool-down. Strength: 12 pull-ups and core PM X Train: 30:00 on the stationary bike. Avg. HR was 128
