AM Decided to start doin some hill sprints, so today was my first day. Did 4 on a steep incline by my house. It was nice to mix it up from doin all the easier runs lately. Run: 2 with Griffin on his loop, no watch. 2.28 out to "the hill" 4 short hill repeats w/ 2:00 walk inbetween 3.35 back
