AM Snowed a little last night, and the roads are pretty slick, so took Griffin on his loop, then back home for a killer workout. Run: 2 miles with Griffin Strength: 40 minute strength/cardio that included push-ups, dips, shoulders, lots of plyometrics, and core. Avg. HR was 137.
NOON Went riding for 2.5 hours and did 2 hikes into the backcountry. Conditions were a lot better than I thought they would be.
