AM Hit the track at the gym for some cruiser 200's and some drills afterward. I love running in circles! Run: 1.5 warm-up 12 x 200m at 5:20 pace(HR was around 170) with 400m recovery(kept HR around 155) 1.5 cool-down Strength: 2 sets of butt-kicks, high-knees, running backwards, and carioca. 30 push-ups, 2 x 10 sump squats, single leg squats, and running pose.
