AM Ran the farm roads, same route as last Wednesday. I felt kinda sluggish and hungry, but I'll just eat a bunch today. 7.76, no watch 6PM Was gonna bike and do some strength, but legs were feeling good, so decided to keep it slow on the dinner time loop.
