| Ran the Old Flowers Rd with Mike. This is a 4WD road up at the top of Rist Canyon, starts at about 7000'. We climbed up to about 8500', then it was time to turn around. Did 12 miles total, averaged 7:50/mile. Nice run, will have to come back here.
