Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

| It was quite nice out today. I took Seth out and did the Planet Walk so that both of us could get some vitamin D, and so that mommy could take a nap. |

AM - nice morning. Ran the dog to the vet, and then ran another errand. 4 miles total.
PM - had a persistent headache all day, and took a nap instead of doing an afternoon run. Bummer.

| Long commute today. Got up at 3:15AM, took the shuttle to the airport for a 6:50am flight to Denver. Arrived in Denver, shuttled to the car rental, got my car, drove 30 minutes to Westminster. Set up for the meeting, then 6 hours worth of meetings. Drove back to the car rental, bought gas, dropped off the car, shuttled back to the airport. Checked in, found out they oversold my flight, spent about 30 minutes going through security, got to my gate, got a real seat secured, wolfed down some dinner, flew to Salt Lake, took the shuttle back to Logan. Went to bed. Somewhere in there, I forgot to run. | Comments(1) |

| I slept in this morning and took half the day off work, since I got in 18 hours yesterday. I ran Gil for a miles, then did 2.5 miles on my own, and picked up Seth and did the Lanfill Loop with him (5.5 miles). 9.25 miles total. Now it's time to watch USU win, and then off to work for the afternoon.

| Did a longish run with Cody and Jon, introduced them to the Hyde Park Hill Loop. It was a very nice spring morning, perfect temps for running. We averaged 7:19/mile for the run. |
