Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

AM - nice morning. Ran the dog to the vet, and then ran another errand. 4 miles total.

PM - had a persistent headache all day, and took a nap instead of doing an afternoon run. Bummer.

If you are around this evening, I would like to pick up my stuff.

We should be around. My cell phone is broken, so just swing by. If no one answers the door, we are probably downstairs. The shoes are right by my door, so you can just open the door and grab them if we're not around.

Sounds good. Is the poster handy too?

The poster is downstairs, so you'll have to knock loud.

Paul, good to hear from you. Are you running Moab this year? Nice beard, I'm still working on peach fuzz. Hey, sunsets are great.

Brent - no Canyonlands for me this spring. But I may run The Other Half again in October.
