 I haven't ran for a long time - I feel like I've been too busy so this was my first run in a long time, months....

I ran down a new paved trail that Lehi just constructed.  I'm excited that they put it in... it parallels the railroad tracks and is not too far from my house.  It almost runs all the way to Cabella's!

Parked at Cabella's and ran up in the neighborhoods behind it.  Also ran along the canal road above Cabella's and had to jump a 6ft fence to get back to my car at Cabella's...

5 mile run after shoveling snow for 30min... ran down a canal road and then across a field I have always wanted to run through for some reason (but probably won't run through again.. too many high weeds)  The whole run was on about 2 inches of soft powder snow.
