After much discussion we decided to name this blog entry "Frozen Eyelashes and the Importance of Running Partners." Met Bryant and Bret at Riverdale parkway. Temp said -3° and when we finished the phone said -4°. Glad i had Bret and Bryant to run with because otherwise my bed was really warm this morning.

Lunch: 7.5 solo on base easy. No watch. Side note from this morning. One of my coworkers was talking about this group of nut jobs she saw running at 620 in the morning in Riverdale and hiw they must have a few screws loose to run in that weather. I walked over and said that its was me running and she started laughing thinking I was kidding. When she realized I wasn't she just gave me a funny look and told me I was crazy. Made my morning.

While on my run this morning (-7 degrees) I saw a teenage kid walking to the bus stop with just shorts and a t-shirt. So tell your co-worker we might be crazy but at least we're not stupid.

Yeah at least we dress warm. Just shaking my head.
