Went for run with Kayla. Heat was a bit tough but felt really good after the run. Not as sore as I have been and no ankle or achilles pain.

About 32 minutes for the run. Felt good but heat ran me into the ground. Going to commit to running in the morning before the heat gets too intense. Weight seems low might be a bit dehydrated.

Did an easy run this morning with Kayla. Planning on running this afternoon as well still shaking out all the rust. Going to do this slowly and get into shape the right way.

Did an evening run. Felt really good. Focused on Hydrating today and my weight shows I was very dehydrated yesterday. Probably why I bonked so hard.

Ran 10 with Riley today in 1:23. Easy pace as he is recovering from Des News Half. Felt surprisingly good up until very last hill from Mt Ogden Park towards the school. Recovered quickly. Feel it coming back for sure. Very happy with the distance. Baby steps.

Weight post run.
