Felt a little better than last run.  The shoulder I dislocated body surfing is feeling better every day.

Went to Bingham High track for the annual pre-Thanksgiving family fun mile run.  Dallas (12) got a 7:56, Taunia 8:15, Cambrey (15) 8:35, Darcie (6) 12:55, Kenna (3) 19:10.  I ran with Kenna.

We then went for a quarter mile.  Tanner (17) got a 1:07, I gave up the chase for 1st place due to tendon-bum-itis and got a 1:20, Dallas 1:30, Taunia 1:35
