Have a health screening at work at 9am that I have to come in fasting for so I ran longer this morning and didn't eat my normal breakfast.  I wonder how my blood sample and blood pressure will different after running 10 miles versus not running.

Actually got Dallas to run with me even though we didn't go as far as I'd like, but he did push the pace nice.

After the run we went and played in our Wards turkey bowl and as I write this a day later I'm sore in places that normal running doesn't get you sore.  I guess diving for the football in the EndZone uses different muscles than your regular run.
