Noon run, sunny, temp. mid 50's

I felt good befor the run and it was a perfect day other than some wind so I decided to push hard today.  I wish I felt this good every day before the run. 

Very sad day.  A friend (Coach Treglown) died today on his way to teach Jr. High. http://www.ksl.com/?sid=23153714&nid=148&title=teacher-dies-in-auto-pedestrian-accident&s_cid=featured-1

He was not running on the side of the road but crossing the street at a crosswalk.  I've seen him many days go through that intersection on his way to the Jr. High.
