Time 65:33,  Distance 8.3,  Mile avg. - 7:54

 

9PM run with my Ragnar team to check out everyones headlights, tailights and reflective vests.  Then we have RootBeer floats afterward.  We ran easy with everyone for the first 3 miles then Dallas started speeding up with mile 4 in 7:30, mile 5 in 6:18 and the last .65 miles in 5:48 avg.
