Today's run was to de-stress from work so I took it at a relaxing pace. I'da probably picked up the pace part way through but the tendon-bum-itis is still lingering.
Hey get that bum-itis healed up would ya Terry. Seems like every time it acts up for me it's after I jump the gun after a hard race (especially a marathon) and try to run too fast, too soon.
I seem to be able to get the bum-itis under control better when I run almost every day. I don't think enough blood circulates through my fat rear end while I'm sitting all day at work so it doesn't heal up. Easy jogging every day seems to be the trick, but that's not my winter program so I may just have to wait until spring.
