Morning run, dark, windy, temp 45'

I went out and did a 2 mile tempo run.  The 1st mile was in 6:17 against the wind and the 2nd mile was 5:59 wind aided.  For some reason I just couldn't get into the tempo run near as much as last week. 

Time 41:55,  Mile avg. - 6:59

Don't know if this is was what got you Terry but I know for me the wind in the face pretty much ruins the tempo run.
