Morning run, Temp 25'

It snowed 12-14" on Sunday but this morning the roads were plowed decent but there were still plenty of slick spots.  My legs were not recovered from the Friday and Saturday runs so I took it easy today.

Time 58:00,  Mile avg. - 8:17

I tried to enter the SL Running club 10K this morning but online registration was closed.  I then called the race director and he said I could sign up the morning of the race (Feb 9th).  I'll plan on doing that unless it snows.

The weather is forecasted to be nice on Saturday. Of course a lot can change in 5 days...

Terry I feel Mother Nature will be kind to us give a great day Saturday. Looks like it might just about the same as Painter's 1/2 was. Should be fun.
