Morning run, 8 inches of snow, temp. 35'

I was going to go ten miles but the snow was slowing me down and I wanted to get home to get the day going so I just did 9.  It was fun to run in the snow.  I must still have some of the young kid in me.  When I got home I shovelled the driveway and then rolled a huge snow ball, then to the church to shovel then home to start on the honey-dew list.

If your driveway was anything like mine on Saturday, the shovelling had to worth at least of one mile of crosstraining credit.

It was 8 or 9 inches of snow that had well over an inch of water content. I definatley burned a couple of miles worth of calories shoveling the snow.
