Overall Average Pace: 10:46 (I was hoping for 10:30, but when I run into town I become really distracted. My pacing suffers. I need to stop doing this even though I LOVE running downtown!

Thoughts:
I have really struggled for the past month and a half with my running. I've lacked motivation. I've avoided and skipped races because I'm afraid of failure. I constantly worry about injuries. I could go on and on and on. I don't have the answers, but losing my fitness level, choosing avoidance, and allowing negative self-talk is not bringing me satisfaction either. For the time being, I have just resolved to keep pushing forward.
