- I tried to beat the snow, but it caught up to me at mile 10. I really want to get about 55 miles in each week , but I can't seem to accomplish that with cross training. It appears that I'll have to forego a day of rest or do two-a-day workouts. I think that I am too old for that now! Ha-Ha!
