Now that I am back at work these long workouts are so hard to squeeze in during the early morning hours. I had to throw my hair in a quick bun to make it on time. I'll need to start packing a workout bag so I'll swing by the health club after work to lift weights. Once I step in the house, I just can't bring myself to leave again.
