- 1 mi - 11:24 (I've had some right quad tightness this week. It's taken a few miles to work it out) / 2 mi - 10:26 / 3 mi - 10:12 / 4 mi - 9;57 / 5 mi - 9:29 / 5.88 mi - 9:06
- Recovery runs are growing on me. I enjoyed the star-filled sky.
