Any more I am just running. I am trying to determine some kind of running goal. I'll be honest, I am in a mental slump with my running. It's odd because I am actually enjoying the stay-at-home isolation. I love my home. I am never at a loss of what to do when I am at home. I actually recharge when I am in my house.
I dislike recording these s-l-o-w paces, but maybe down the road, I'll see a change.
