I kept trying to find time to run but it was hard because we were busy all day.  We spent most of the day at the beach with friends.  It was the hottest day at the beach we have had in a long time.  I'm counting 2 miles of running for the approx 1-1/2 mile swim we did while spearfishing.

Another busy day full of fun.  I did .5 mile run in the morning then a 1 mile swim while spearfishing.  Then 4 miles once we got home.  Now I need to sleep.
