Lunch - 4.85 miles at Kauai Lagoons.  I think it is time to retire me Asic Nimbus 10s.  They have been good shoes.  There is only 2 places to buy shoes here and they are out of Nimbus so I was sucked into buying Brooks Ghost 2. I'll give them a try I guess.
