I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
Run at lunch on the track. My goal is to be able to do a sub 5 min mile at about 90% effort. This used to be easier but I'm getting older... Anyways, I did 1 mile at 5:01 but it seemed like more than a 90% effort.
