I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
Ran on the track today. I wanted to do 1 mile at about 90% effort which I did in 5:05. I know I need some more track workouts to get some more speed in my legs to get some good 5K times.
